When the kids have a cold you feel blessed to have a food store in the house. And they do sell fresh flowers. So here we go Monday flowers – budget version for 59 kr (6 euro).
I have loved the last days of skiing! It’s been a while since last time hmm… Peaceful and not crowded in the sloapes. Time to enjoy the beauty of nature. Like art!
And I realized that my 20 (!!!) year old goggles were pulverized and broken so I invested in new ones. Huge ones. Now I have to go skiing more often so I can use them… 🙂
How beautiful is it tonight? Full moon, huge amounts of snow and a walk with the dog alone watching the stars? Lovely vacay with my family and relatives in Dalarna. Don’t miss episode 56 of Trendpodden tomorrow morning at 1 am… Good night!

Have you tried it? Well, I did and it was actually a great start up for making new plans for my company and setting goals. A time to focus. That also meant we did skip to record a new episode of Trenpodden. But this week we are back. As normal. Friday early morning!

There are journlists and bloggers that really inspire me in every way. One of them is Maria Soxbo who, among other things, is a great writer at Husligheter. Read her blog and get inspired by her honesty and direct texts! She also made my week writing like this in her newsletter;
Some branches of willow and cherry tree have been around for the last weeks. I change the flowers, cut the edges and give them fresh water every now and then. And tulips make me so happy this season! I do think it’s true. Tulips do keep the doctor away 😘👋🏼.

If you follow me on Instagram you know I have been busy clearing my wardrobe this weekend. Finally! Two sacks of my past 20 years in clothes are now off to someome else. BUT – doing this clearance made me opening up for the old rule – one item in – one item out… So since I got rid of plenty of clothes I bought myself a reward – a kind of jacket with an embroided back from Kenzo on 70% sale. An angry lion on the back is always right, right?One in – one out. This one from Kenzo is a keeper for a long time I think. Photo: Johanna Hulander, Joel home.
This summer my way of living changed. During the last 7 years I have been suffering from arthritis, been through surgeries that has not helped etc. This summer I found out my shoulder had been broken a while ago and since I had not seen a doctor for it – it had turned into something called Frozen shoulder. It was painful day and night (even for me used to pain from my arthritis). Then my ancle broke and I realized, with a helping hand from my doctor, that it was time for a big CHANGE.
Since August I have started to eat healthier (for me that means not 2 cinnamon buns and 4 sandwiches a day etc 🙂 and to focus on power walks and gym training trying to build up my muscles. Nothing hysteric, no forbidden food (I still eat everything but not ALL the time). I have lost 14 kg, even if the kilos are not really important. And I feel stronger. I am not in that kind of pain any longer. The most important.
I try to eat food like this half of the days in a week; Avocado, eggs, rye bread (Swedish style), veggies AND…
since we bought a new mixer that is a blessing- homemade Hoummus with lots of garlic… I use it instead of butter. Takes 2 minutes to make. The same as soups.

With this written I wanted you to know what I have been struggling with these last 6 months. It has and it is tough like xx some days. BUT you can always change your way of living. One step forward each day… Don’t look back. If you are in the same position and need some help to get started – email me, leave a comment here on the blog or send a message on Insta! I’ll try to help. Let’s go… 👊🏼 Kram Johanna
This episode is all about answering questions and one was about Vintage interior and art. To get the best answers I met some experts in the fields on the ongoing Antique Fair. Clas Moser, Johan Sjöström and Cecilia Nordling – Loved talking to you! These were my personal favorites.
Happy Friday to you and thank you for reading and listening!
